Projects I'll Never Write #2 - "Star Wars: Pacifism."

Apologies for the slacking. It was a combination of switching to monthly/bi-monthly posting and then the appearance of Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom . I could beat the game, but...there's so much to explore. Video games: the bane of nearly every writer ever. In any case, this will be another entry in my series of Projects I'll Never Write . This is where I discuss ideas I've had for a while, but for various reasons, I will never write. I am a big Star Wars nerd. Watched all the movies, all the shows, read a number of novels, comics, etc. Of course it is natural for me to sometimes come up with ideas in that world. This one would never fly, seeing as Brian Cronin of Comic Book Legends Revealed once covered the story of Marvel shutting a similar idea down. (Apologies, but I could not find the exact legend even after searching the archive and leafing through the two books of his I own.) In any case, what I would write would be the story of a pacifist Jedi. It's ...

Praise the Lord! Abacus Jones: Soulless Cowboy Gets an Exorcism

Well, here I was again: locked away “fer my own good.” At least this time the chain was attached to the middle a’ the floor. Meant I could get up and walk around and stretch my legs some. There was one time where I was chained to a wall for a month. That got so boring that by the end a’ my imprisonment I’d taken ta’ hittin’ my head against the wall for fun. I made a game of seeing how long it took me ta’ knock myself out. When I woke up I would try ta’ beat the record. Don’t rightly remember how I got outta’ that situation. I had ta’ admit, aside from being wrongly locked up, there were worse places ta’ be. In my lifetime I had spent a lot a’ time in cells and this was one a’ the nicer ones, even compared ta’ real jail cells. Those were the worst. Often they were used as the drunk tank so’s they all smelled like puke and shit. The windows, if they had ‘em, were tiny meanin’ no air flow whatsoever. It all added up ta’ an uncomfortably claustrophobic level a’ hell. These Catholic...

Abacus Jones: Soulless Cowboy in She Said Werewolf

We were havin’ such a good time too. Though my bad luck had run out fer a little bit. Nope. Can’t have that. Not for Abacus Jones. Soon as I let my guard slips bad things happen. So there we were in her cave. She’d been campin’ there for a while, huntin’ in the area. I’d been makin’ my way to the next town and hadn’t figured on getting’ caught in a snowstorm. She’d been kind enough ta’ invite me in to get out of the cold. She shared some a’ her venison, I shared some a’ my bottle a’ whiskey. We talked a bit. Pretty soon we were getting’ down ta’ business. She was on top, ridin’ me like a bronco. Just when she was about to climax, givin’ me a personal sense of satisfaction, she started growin’ hair all over her body. When her teeth started changin’ inta’ fangs I shoved her off. She landed my clothes and gear. I was only able ta’ grab my boots and run out inta’ the snow before she fully transformed. This was gonna’ be the last time I fucked a werewolf. My plan weren’t very good. ...
